Band Bio
The band creator Chris Carter has wanted to start a band of his own for quite some time. but sadly never found the time. He was offered spots in other bands several times before, but either didn't live in the band area, or didn't feel the genres were the right ones for him. The name "Once A Hero" was inspired by Chris' hero: Steve Irwin who has sadly past away due to a stingray stabbing him in the chest. Once A Hero is a small little band in Pollock Pines, Califnornia. We play both originals and covers. Our covers include songs such as "Animals - Nickelback", Behind Me Lies Another Fallen Soldier - As I Lay Dying" and many others. Although not fully assembled, the band is making its way to being finished and practicing with more members. The band is looking for: A bassist, Lead Vocalist, and Lead Guitarist.
